PORTFOLIO

N. Edinburg

This single family home situated on a quiet subdivision in North Edinburg, TX. was more than ready to make big changes.

from a Traditional, updated and dark spaces to a Chic, Transitional and brighter future.

The owner wanted to reflect her chic style and lifestyle. With 2 teenagers the time was right  to go for all whites and neutrals!

She Loves to entertain, that's why for this remodel was important to open the space between the living room and playroom, creating an open space layout between the kitchen, dining room, living room and tv room. Luxe details throughout  in accents, lighting and fixtures add an elevated touch.

To create more seating space we opted for a built in bench and changed the dark rectangular dining table for a grey round table. Mixing and matching throw pillows with a neutral color scheme organic cotton and linen fabrics.

Trough the entire project I mixed metals and finishes for a richer look.

modern shades were installed to filter natural light.

S.Edinburg

My clients had only one request for this remodel! A single family home in S. Edinburg TX.

Create a cozy and relaxing space with a Farm House touch.

I had a "carte blanche" for the whole project.

To achieve the look I proposed a neutral color scheme, natural fibers and materials while mixing old and new accents and decor in order to successfully transform this space.

Mission

Sharyland

A young and dynamic family asked me to furnish and decorate their entire home, with 2 twin daughters under 3 years old, and a busy schedule, they wanted to create a safe environment while maintaining a relaxing and homey feeling with a Modern Farm House Style in Mission, TX.

My clients contacted me way before the construction of their home started. A wonderful lot located in Sharyland, Mission TX.

I had the opportunity to work on this project since the beginning by reviewing the floor plans and making some changes.

This wonderful young couple wanted a Clean and Eclectic look.

A mix between Mid Century Modern, Contemporary and Industrial vibes.

I began with neutrals selecting floors, color paint, back splash and finishes, kitchen and lighting fixtures, and then layered in color (green accent chairs in the Living room and blue accent chairs in the dining room.

For the big windows we opted for modern roller shades.

We had fun during the entire process.

From Floor plans to styling every room.
