DIGITAL STAGING a quick and easy way to stage a house.

Attention Realtors! As you know, Home Staging is the act of preparing a private residence for sale in the Real estate market place. The main goal here is to make a home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers, more quickly and of course, for more money! Today, with over 90% of home buyers searching online for homes, a first good impression is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! Before your potential client starts scrolling away from your listings, you want to be sure to hook them with your beautiful digitally staged home.

One of the advantages of digital staging is that it can be done efficiently. You rent nothing or pay for anything other than the pictures! Since there is no follow up responsibilities as found with renting furniture, the process is literally stress-free. Your creative juices can be applied elsewhere, such as helping your clients get top dollar for their home. The process is easy: simply post the crafted digital pictures on your website or social media site and you are done!

I cannot stress enough the importance in working only with professional pictures or good quality pictures. The best results are photos taken with high quality cameras by someone with experience.

One quick tip that anyone can do.: create visual consistency. Simple things, such as replacing lighting bulbs, improve overall lighting, and fixing broken hinges or ceiling tile. Other actions, such as thoroughly cleaning the space, and I mean thorough, such as no dirty dishes in the sink or dust under the edges of cupboards, and PLEASE remember to close the lid on the toilet before taking the pictures! It can be the difference between a sale and a scroll.

NOTE: Remember to mention that the pictures displayed are digitally staged and that it is a powerful tool to help potential buyers visualize the space.
